Chairman, Jeff A. Berkley

Mr. Berkley served until May 2011 as our President and Chief Lending Officer and continues to consult with the Bank on lending matters. He has additional banking interests in Kansas, including service as organizer and Chairman of the Board of Alliance Bank in Topeka. Mr. Berkley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Kansas.

Director, R. Gregory Bernica

Mr. Bernica is Chief Executive Officer of the Harris County Medical Society and has been affiliated with the Society since 1983. He is a Certified Public Accountant and graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Director, Bruce L. Christenson

Mr. Christenson is a self-employed real estate developer. Since 1996 he has served as founder and principal of Gulf Coast Commercial Group, Inc., in Houston, Texas, a company engaged in the development and management of commercial retail, office, and shopping centers throughout the United States. Mr. Christenson has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Washburn University.

Director, David E. Miller

Mr. Miller is President of Sauvage Gas Company (a Family Office with Banking, Real Estate, Oil/Gas, Farming and other Holdings). He has been with the Company since 1990. He is a Certified Public Accountant and graduate of La. Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Mr. Miller is on the Board of a Bank located in Las Vegas, Nevada and several Banks located in the State of Nebraska.

Director, Dennis L. Harrington

A longtime Houston area banker, Mr. Harrington joined the bank in 2011 and serves as the President and CEO. Mr. Harrington is a graduate of Austin College in Sherman, Texas, and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. He is also a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking.
